If you need a little extra support while you are enrolled with WEMAC Training Solutions, there is help available.
Support Services
WEMAC Training Solutions acknowledges some participants may require additional support to complete our courses. We offer are range of different learning and support services to provide participants the adequate support they need to successfully complete our course
Internal Support Services for Learners
Internal support services available to participants on request include:
Mentoring sessions for participants undertaking full qualifications;
IT support to navigate digital learning material;
Learning materials in large print;
Consultation with WEMAC Training Solutions Trainers and Assessors, and
Reasonable adjustment during assessment.
External Support Providers for Learners
WEMAC Training Solutions provides participants with a list of local external support services that may assist in a variety of ways.

VisAbility (formally Association for the Blind WA)
These services may incur a cost to the participant which varies between services providers. WEMAC Training Solutions recommends participants contact the appropriate external service prior to booking their course so that WEMAC Training Solutions can cater for any additional requirements participants may need.

Other Support Services
WEMAC Training Solutions appreciates that learner life can be challenging, with having to balance life commitments with a study timetable. Health and wellbeing can be hard to maintain, and it is quite normal to experience some anxiety or stress during your studies. Your trainer and WTS administration can help you through any initial uncertainties you may have with the routine and requirements of study.
